Charity Bike Build is a unique team building activity aimed at companies who use experiential team activities to engage with their employees. It is suitable for anyone and any size team.

Tailored to suit your requirements, Charity Bike Build team building challenge incorporates all the key elements to deliver high performance including, personal impact, time management, communication, goal setting, project management, collaboration and of course, it’s great fun!

The major aspect that sets Charity Bike Build apart from other team build activities is that the team work together to build a bicycle that will be used by someone within your community to enrich their lives. These include young carers, specialist schools, outreach workers and people who just need a helping hand.

Teams who took part in Charity Bike Build during 2013 built and donated 250 bikes and disability trikes to the value of £75,000 and have enabled hundreds of people young and old.

Building a bike to a high standard is a challenge, however no previous experience is neccesary and our team of skilled and Cytech qualified mechanics will provide the knowledge and support to ensure that the bikes your team build are of a high specification and suited to your chosen charity or community project.

Charity Bike Build  provides a sustainable activity whenever an element of team work is involved, whether it stands alone, or forms part of a bigger event like a conference, induction, recruitment campaign or leadership programme.The challenge is there to help you deliver your objectives.

Past. Present. Future

February is a quiet month for us, a time to reflect on the past year and to plan ahead for the new year ahead.

2013 Stats 226 bikes built and donated to 11 charities in 7 different countries. Trained 1500 new bike builders assembling bikes in Europe – Italy and Czech Republic and UK – Scotland and England.

So far in 2014 companies have built and donated 27 bikes which have been donated to Action for Children in London and NSPCC in Manchgester and Warrington.

In March we are building over 30 bikes with our clients for NSPCC, MIND and Befriend a Child. We will also be launching two new websites, gets a refresh and our new site for O3engage will help us showcase the other services we provide including several new team challenges that are community focussed.
